Ingredients:
1 cup- Peanuts
1 cup- Peanuts
2 tbsp. Clarified butter/Ghee
½ cup- Jaggery/Sugar
A pinch of Cardamom powder

Heat 1tbsp of clarified butter in a pan and fry the
peanuts until golden brown in color. Remove and keep aside.
2. In a same pan add sugar, remaining clarified butter and
water, stirring continuously.
3. When the sugar completely dissolves add cardamom powder and
cook until the mixture turns golden brown in color.
4. Add
the fried peanuts and mix thoroughly.
5. Grease a tray and spread the mixture. Roll flat to 1 cm in thickness and allow to set.
6. Cut into squares when cooled and store in an airtight container.
